Partner search terms. A name, place, or other term entered in a sponsored search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider operating that tool. Houston County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy governs its receipt and use.
Messages to us. If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to review and answer it. We do not disclose the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
A web visit can create routine technical and usage records. These records help the site function and show broad traffic patterns.

For government data maintained by Houston County or Minnesota DOC, rights under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act must be exercised with the agency that holds those records. This site cannot alter an official jail, court, or corrections file.
